so what is tutorbird?

It’s our software system that handles our Zoom links, calendar, invoicing, homework, lesson notes and so much more!


When you sign up you will create your family account. This means you are able to add different subjects and siblings without creating new payments or accounts.


You will be charged £60. This will be added to your account as a credit to be spent on your first purchases.


You will be asked which lesson you would like to join (choose as many as you wish). This information will be sent to me and I will add you to the correct registers.


In the student portal you will find your calendar with Zoom links for this week’s lessons. You will also find notes from the lesson plus homework.


Once your credit is spent you are charged monthly in advance for upcoming lessons. Please note these are non-refundable, but don’t worry, we always record our lessons and you will have 1 week to watch them before the next lesson so your child will never get behind.
